These terms apply to purchases of IDSECCONF 2026 tickets and merchandise at shop.idsecconf.org. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. Conference tickets

Conference tickets are non-refundable.
The attendee name can be changed from your order page up to 3 days before the conference starts.
Student pass holders must show a valid student ID at check-in. Entry is refused without it.

2. Workshop tickets — Student

Student workshop tickets are non-refundable.
The attendee name can be changed from your order page up to 3 days before the workshop starts.
Student workshops have no minimum number of participants and are limited to a maximum of 25 participants per workshop.
Ticket holders must show a valid student ID at check-in.

3. Workshop tickets — Professional

Professional workshop tickets are non-refundable, except as described below.
The attendee name can be changed from your order page up to 3 days before the workshop starts.
If a workshop does not reach its minimum number of participants, we will contact ticket holders by email at least 5 days before the workshop. Ticket holders may choose either:
1. a full refund by bank transfer, processed within 5 days of receiving your bank account details; or
2. a transfer to another workshop, subject to seat availability.

4. Merchandise

Merchandise is non-refundable.
A change of size is permitted, subject to availability, at the merchandise desk at the venue until 5:00 PM (WIB) on the last day of the event.

5. General

Each ticket admits the named attendee only. The QR code can be used once at check-in — do not share it.
The attendee on each ticket can be changed at most 3 times from the order page. Each change issues a new QR code and cancels the old one.
Your order page link is emailed to the buyer. If you lose it, use "My orders" on this site.
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

In case of any difference between the English and Indonesian versions, the Indonesian version prevails.
